What we do

This is where is dedicated to addressing the profound effects of minority stress,
marginalisation, and discrimination faced by neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ individuals. These
barriers often lead to reduced life chances and poorer mental and physical health outcomes.
Our initiatives confront these inequities directly, fostering resilience, empowerment, and
holistic well-being.

We achieve this through:

  1. Informational Resources – Developing accessible and empowering materials that
educate individuals about their rights, mental health, and available avenues of support.
  2. Signposting to Services – Connecting individuals with tailored support systems and
community networks suited to their unique needs.
  3. Support Groups – Providing safe spaces where participants can share experiences,
build relationships, and foster meaningful connections.
  4. Therapeutic Activities – Facilitating restorative sessions, such as art therapy and
mindfulness exercises, to support mental and physical health.
  5. Community Building Initiatives – Organising events and programs that promote
inclusivity, celebrate diversity, and strengthen bonds within neurodivergent and LGBTQ+
    communities.
